MicoBio Glass fiber thimbles made of 100% alkali free glass fiber after high temperature processing. No adhesive, chemically inert. It can collect fine and submicron particles. Instructions
- During transportation, storage and useage, the thimbles should be free from extrusion and moisture;
- Before using the thimbles, use a soft brush and ear ball to remove the dust and fiber chips from the outside of the thimbles. After numbering, place it in a 200 ℃ oven and dry it for 60 minutes;
- Place the dried thimble in a dryer at 105 ℃ for 30 minutes, then weigh it on a 1 / 10000 balance and record the weight;
- Before use, check the two slightly blocked and slightly clamped sampling heads, whether the taper is the same, matching, and whether the gap is appropriate. When the thimble is loaded, it can't be affected by tearing force, shearing force and other forces, so that the thimble mouth will be broken;
- If it is found that there are gaps, cracks and uneven thickness in the thimbles, it can not be used to avoid sampling failure caused by air blowing;
- It should be used within the specified temperature range to ensure that the thimbles works under sufficient strength. When the glass fiber is heated to above 200 ℃ and then cooled, its strength begins to decrease. When the fiber is heated to 510 ℃ and cooled, its strength is only 35% of its original strength. When heated, the fiber can maintain high strength, but after cooling, its strength is greatly reduced;
- Weigh the sample and put it into the oven for 30 minutes, then record the weight it after put in the dryer for 30 minutes;
